About the role:
We are looking for a responsible IT Manager to lead and manage SAP Business One
implementation projects from start to finish. This involves ensuring that the projects
adhere to the specified scope, timeline, and budget. The responsibilities also include
collaborating with clients to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, as well
as developing detailed project plans and timelines.

Primary Responsibilities:
● Oversee all IT operations across the Head Office and plants.
● Collaborate closely with Business Heads of Departments (HODs).
● Supervise internal IT personnel managing SAP B1, hardware, data center,
networking, infrastructure, and security.
● Manage relationships with external vendors.
● Ensure the successful implementation of SAP B1, having completed at least 1-2
end-to-end projects in manufacturing industries.
● Handle at least 2-3 SAP B1 addons.
● Maintain and enhance the company's IT infrastructure, focusing on data security,
networking, and communications.
● Facilitate effective inter-departmental communication and team building.

Relationship:
● Proficient in SAP B1 implementation.
● Extensive experience in manufacturing environments.
● Familiarity with production, stores, accounts, and finance departments.
● Strong managerial skills with a proven ability to build and lead teams

Location and Commitments:
● Full-time - Standard working hours
● Working Days:- 2nd and 4th Saturday holiday
● Location: Goregaon/ Malad (Mumbai)
