About the role:
The role of an HR Operation includes ensuring efficient HR service delivery, managing
HR processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture through strategic employee
engagement initiatives. This role encompasses employee lifecycle management, data
management, HR systems, compliance, and spearheading employee engagement
programs to enhance overall employee satisfaction and retention.

About the company:
It is a central Government recognized company. They are a representative body of
Owners of Music and are also the sole authorized body to issue Licenses for usage of
Musical Works & Literary Music within Indian. It is a 54-year-old authorized Company
that issues licenses of copyrighted music and collects Royalties from Music Users, for
and on behalf of its members i.e. Authors, Composers and Publishers of Music.The
company was formed in 1969. The Company has its Registered and Corporate Office at
Mumbai with branch offices at Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata through which, the Society
carries on its licensing activities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Employee Lifecycle Management:
● Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless
experience.
● Facilitate new hire orientations and ongoing integration into the company culture.
● Oversee the administration of employee changes, such as promotions, transfers,
and terminations.

2. Employee Engagement:
● Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and programs
on the high level with maximum count of employees.
● Develop and implement strategic employee engagement initiatives to enhance
job satisfaction and retention.
● Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for
improvement.
● Partner with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

3. HR Systems and Data Management:
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
● Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
● Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee information.

4. Benefits and Compensation:
● Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
● Support the payroll process by providing necessary information and resolving
discrepancies.
● Help with compensation reviews and salary adjustments.

5. Compliance and Policy Administration:
● Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
● Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
● Conduct audits and prepare documentation for compliance purposes.

6. Employee Relations:
● Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
● Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed.
● Assist in organizing employee recognition programs and initiatives.

7. Process Improvement:
● Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and systems.
● Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance HR service
delivery.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations.

Our Ideal Candidate:
● We require a 5+ years of experience into this field
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
● Should be 70% into Operation and 30 % into Employee Engagement
● Employee Engagement on the high level with maximum count of employees.

● Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● High level of discretion and confidentiality.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
● Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of
people.
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
● Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
