About the role:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social
media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive
e-commerce sales. The ideal candidate will have experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, social
media management, team leadership, and a strong technical background.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Our Ideal Candidate: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies
across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
● Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic,
engagement, and sales.
● Strong technical skills and familiarity with social media management tools & Manage
Paid Campaigns
● Must have e-commerce experience to integrate social media strategies that drive online
sales and enhance customer experience.
● Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and
adjust strategies accordingly.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing
goals.
● Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, support, and
professional development.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, digital
advertising, and e-commerce.
● Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster
positive relationships with our audience.
● Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to social media
platforms and advertising tools.
● Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

Our Ideal Candidate:
● Proficient in English
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● Proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup,
optimization, and reporting.
● Minimum Experience should be 3+ years
● Must have 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce
