About the role:
We are seeking a Corporate Communication Executive who shall be responsible for
Corporate Communication, Branding, Marketing, and PR Management. You will play a
pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence. You shall be responsible for developing and
executing comprehensive communication strategies, managing multi-channel content
development, and fostering strategic partnerships to amplify our brand impact.

It is a central Government recognized company. They are a representative body of Owners
of Music and are also the sole authorised body to issue Licences for usage of Musical Works
Literary Music within Indian. It is a 54-year-old authorised Company that issues licences of
copyrighted music and collects Royalties from Music Users, for and on behalf of its members
ie. Authors, Composers and Publishers of Music. The company was formed in 1969. The
Company has its Registered and Corporate Office at Mumbai with branch offices at Delhi,
Chennai andKolkata through which, the Society carries on its licensing activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Brand Compliance and Awareness – Ensure brand compliance and awareness by
tightening adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels and
touchpoints.
● Outreach Programs and Events – Ensure brand compliance and awareness by
tightening adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels and
touchpoints.
● Internal and External Communication – Work closely with the Corporate
Communication Head of internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring
consistent messaging and alignment with organisational goals
● Social Media Management – Monitor and update on social media pages and
websites regularly, ensuring timely and engaging content updates.
● Stakeholder Coordination – Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for required
content and marketing deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and
brand guidelines.
● Industry Networking – Connect with industry insiders and artists in various regions
to organise webinars and seminars, facilitating knowledge sharing and networking
opportunities.
● Event Management and Engagement – Collaborate with the Communication Head
and regional teams to organise events and activities aimed at member engagement
and brand initiatives.
Contribute value through ideation, stakeholder outreach, content development,
messaging, pre- event, and post-event promotion, as well as PR coverage and
amplification across online and offline platforms
● Multi-Channel Communication – Manage and contribute to the development of
multi-channel communication across various touch points including the website,
podcast, YouTube channel, social media platforms, handbook, manuals, and other
communication requirements.
● Content Development – Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, emailers,
press notes, authored articles, interviews, manuals, and tutorials tailored to resonate
with the members and industry stakeholders across online and offline platforms.
