About the role:
We are seeking a creative and talented Interior Designer to join our team. The Interior
Designer will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and executing interior spaces
that meet the functional and aesthetic needs of clients.

where creativity meets craftsmanship. It undertakes every single project including
residential, commercial, or industrial use. The company designs, creates, produces,
delivers and installs the furniture. The company transforms the finest materials into
exquisite pieces that redefine elegance and comfort. Its headquarter is located at
Chandigarh. And its Manufacturing Plant is located at Raipur.

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget
constraints for interior design projects.
● Develop design concepts and mood boards that reflect the client's vision and align
with project objectives.
● Create detailed interior design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D
renderings, using design software and hand sketches.
● Select materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories that enhance the design
concept and meet project specifications.
● Present design proposals and recommendations to clients, incorporating feedback
and revisions as necessary.
● Oversee the procurement and installation of furniture, finishes, and decorative
elements, ensuring quality and adherence to design intent.
● Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve design-related
issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
● Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques to
enhance the quality and creativity of design solutions.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively to meet
deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
● Proven experience in interior design, preferably in a design firm or architectural
practice.
● Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or
similar tools.

● Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction
techniques.
● Excellent creativity and artistic flair, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design
projects and styles.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal
supervision.
● Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in design
documentation and execution.

Location & Commitments:
● Location - Raipur
● 6 days working
● Timings: 10:30 - 7:00 pm

➔ Employees will have 2 fixed Sundays off as part of their regular work
schedule
➔ The other two Sundays will be designated as working days each month. To
accommodate this, employees will be granted a rotational day off during the
week when they are required.
