About the role:
We are in search of an experienced Brand Manager who can assist us in enhancing our
brand and increasing brand recognition. This individual will collaborate with all levels
and departments within our organization to identify what sets us apart from the
competition, and then effectively communicate our unique value proposition to the
world.

About the company:
The company is one of the largest manufacturers, importers & exporters of Marble.
They have varieties of over 900 marbles, sourced from over 45 countries & exported to
over 66 countries. They have completed over 50,000 projects, both residential &
commercial including for their domestic & international clients. They use eco-friendly
procedures to build their marble & have over 150 dealers in India. They have their
Marble boutique, 9th Avenue, known as the World's Largest Stone Gallery.

The work life of the will be:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and social media.
Content Marketing:
- Develop a content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and multimedia content.
- Utilize content to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Email Marketing:
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including design, segmentation, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement strategies for email list growth and customer segmentation.

- Monitor email performance metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates.
❖ Influencer Marketing:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to leverage industry influencers.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers aligned with the brand's image and values.
- Measure the impact of influencer collaborations on brand awareness and engagement.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Analyse competitor strategies and market dynamics.
- Provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Customer Journey Mapping:
- Develop and analyze customer journey maps to understand touchpoints and interactions.
- Optimize marketing strategies based on the customer's path from awareness to conversion.
- Implement personalized marketing approaches based on the customer journey
The applicant must have:
● Degree in marketing or a related field
● Minimum of 4-6 years experience
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
● Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
● Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
● Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
Commitments:
● Work-from-office
● 6 days working - Sunday off
● Timings: 10.00 am - 6.00 pm

Location: Mumbai (Bhandup)
