About the role:
We are looking for a successful Showroom Manager who is a dynamic leader with excellent
communication and organizational skills, who can motivate our team and drive sales growth. He
is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including sales,
inventory, customer service, and staff management.

The company is one of the largest manufacturers, importers & exporters of Marble. They have
varieties of over 900 marbles, sourced from over 45 countries & exported to over 66 countries.
They have completed over 50,000 projects, both residential & commercial including for their
domestic & international clients. They use eco-friendly procedures to build their marble & have
over 150 dealers in India. They have their Marble boutique, 9th Avenue, known as the World's
Largest Stone Gallery.

The work life of the will be:
● Manage and train showroom staff to provide exceptional customer service
● Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to promote sales and
showcase products
● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue
goals
● Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
● Working with customers and vendors to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery of
products.
● Monitor and analyze showroom performance.
● Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and inventory
management, to ensure smooth operations
● Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas and goals.

The applicant must have:
● Bachelor's degree (Minimum)
● Minimum of 3 years of retail sales or showroom management experience
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Strong leadership and team management skills
● Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software

Commitments:
● Work-from-office
● 6 days working - Sunday off
● Timings: 10.00 am - 6.00 pm
