● Experience in production planning, quality control, and production management
● Expertise in operations management and manufacturing operations
● Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and leadership skills
● Ability to manage a large team and keep them motivated
● Knowledge of manufacturing software and tools
● Monitor production to resolve issues
● Supervise and evaluate performance of production
● Determine the amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
