The company is one of the largest manufacturers, importers & exporters of Marble.
They have varieties of over 900 marbles, sourced from over 45 countries & exported
to over 66 countries.They have completed over 50,000 projects, both residential &
commercial for their domestic & international clients. They use eco-friendly
procedures to build their marble & have over 150 dealers in India. They have their
own Marble boutique, 9th Avenue, known as the World's Largest Stone Gallery.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Discuss with Sales Team members on the plan of action
● Using CRM for record keeping and preparing data analysis as per requirement
● Coordinating with sales employees to fill CRM data timely and accurately.
● Checking DSR and lead updation and analysis of lead
● Checking travel expenses of the sales employees and cross checking with CRM
● Engaging with customers via various channels such as phone calls, emails, chat,
or in-person meetings to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.
● Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and
communicating relevant information
● Monitoring key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction scores,
response times, resolution rates, and sales conversion rates to measure
effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
● Assisting customers with customising products or configuring solutions to meet
their specific requirements, including providing quotes and lead times for custom
orders.
●Utilising Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maintain accurate
records of customer interactions, track sales opportunities, and monitor customer
satisfaction levels.
Commitments:
● Work from Office - 6 days working.
● Working days - Monday to Saturday.
