About the role:
Ideally, we are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Sales
Coordinator.

Adhesives, and Construction Chemicals. We are a family-owned company established
in the year 2003. We supply a broad range of synthetic resins globally and manufacture
chemistries like Epoxy Curing Agents (polyamides, phenylamine, cycloaliphatic amine
adducts, modified amines, accelerator, and water-based hardeners) along with
Non-Reactive Polyamides, Ketonics, Phenolics, Epoxies, Polyurethanes. Our
high-quality products have enabled us to export to more than 35 countries across 6
continents & our excellent performance in export has been acknowledged by the
Government of India awarding us with Star Export House status.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Sales Order preparation
● Generating various reports
● Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and
● communicating relevant information.
● Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
● Follow-up with clients for payment
● Store and sort Sales data in SAP and present reports
● Maintaining and managing the client orders
● Monitoring the daily activities of the Sales Person
● Sales Order preparation
● Coordination with clients regarding their delivery status
● Follow-up with clients for payment
Our Ideal Candidate:
● Self-motivated individual with innovative skills in problem-solving and a good team player
● Good communication and interpersonal Skills
● Knowledge of SAP software will be an added advantage
● Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a
plus
Commitments:
● Work from Office - 6 days working.
● Working days - Monday to Saturday.
