Responsibility includes but not limited to:

• You’ll be solving clients and customers' queries.
• You’ll be contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the product and service using scripts. 
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• You’ll keep records of calls and sales.
• You’ll be responsible for understanding the customer's requirements.
• You must acquire and maintain a customer database.
• You must direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• You must take orders and process them in an accurate manner.

The applicants must have:

• A graduation degree with minimum one year experience in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
• Must have sound knowledge about mail drafting and Microsoft Office.
